and I started BERTS while 8 weeks postpartum. I was looking for something fun and creative to do that could help relieve the financial stress that being on maternity leave and having kids brings.

The BERT-Day banners were born out of a desire to bring back traditions to family life. In a world where trends are rampant, the BERT-Day Banners are a yearly marker of the growth your family has had. And that deserves to be celebrated.

BERTS Handmade is headed by myself but wouldn’t be possible without the help of my husband, mum and sisters, who often work behind the scenes to make BERTS happen.
